Tezcan ÇAKIR was born in 1944 and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1966.
He worked at the Ministry of Finance General Directorate of Revenues between 1969-1970.
He worked as investigative judge for 8th Chamber of the Council of State and 13th Chamber of the Council of State between 1970-1982.
He served as a judge in Van Regional Administrative Court in 1982.
In 1983, after registration, he started to work as a lawyer in Ankara Bar Association.

Mehmet Engin ÇAKMAK, born in 1966, graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1988 and completed his internship in Eskişehir Bar Association.
Between 1990 and 1999, he served as a judge in the 4th Chamber Investigation Court in the Council of State. (Corporate and Income Tax Disputes)
In 1999-2000 he worked in the Venice Commission of the European Court of Human Rights and the Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Council of Europe. In the same years, he served as an intern at the Chamber of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Between the years 2000-2006, he served as the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of State during which he also performed the duties of the preparation of the budget of the Council of State Presidency and the representation of the institution in the Parliamentary Budget Commission, the State Tender and Public Procurement Law.
In 2006-2007, he served as public prosecutor in the 13th Chamber of the Council of State.
Between 2007 and 2011, he resigned in the Council of State as the 4th Division Audit Judge.
In 2011-2013 he was a member of the Council of Advisors of Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality.
He worked as a freelance lawyer between 2011-2015.
In 2015-2018 he worked as the General Secretary of Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality.
He was a candidate for CHP to be a member of the parliament in 2018 July Election.

Elif Ezgi ÇAKMAK who was born in 1992, graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2015 and started to practice law as attorney at Ankara Bar Association.
In 2017, she started her MA in Economics and Energy Law at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Law, Department of Public Law.
During her education, she had done internships at various law offices and had the opportunity to improve herself in the field of Tax Law within the frame of her legal internship and she participated in many seminars and training related to this field.
Since she was young, she represented Turkey in various international competitions in the field of rhytmic gymnastic and now is a certified referee by the power given by Turkey Gymnastic Federation.
